Alicia Shepherd is the founder of Nucleus and is the lead developer of the various commercial real estate training programs that Nucleus has to offer. Currently, Alicia leads her National Expansion team, KWC Team with agents in Los Angels, Washington, Austin, San Antonio and Huston. She is an executive coach and head coach for the commercial division of MAPS Coaching. She is the division leader of education and training for KW Commercial and she is the visionary behind the Launch Commercial brand of companies which offers various services tailored to the businesses of commercial real estate agents, teams and brokerages.

Katie Calhoun is Vice President of Operations at Launch, where she thrives on building systems, creating order, and driving processes forward—often three steps ahead while the rest of the world catches up. With a sharp eye for efficiency and a love for structure, Katie has built a reputation for turning complexity into streamlined workflows that scale. Outside of her leadership role, Katie is a mom of two and a proud military spouse. Her family’s rhythm of relocating every three years has only deepened her appreciation for systems and organization, both at home and at work. Whether guiding her team through operational growth or unpacking a new house, Katie’s passion is clear: structure is freedom, and the right systems unlock both productivity and peace of mind.
