Tara did an amazing job throughout the training. She was detailed, organized, and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and thoroughly. The training was very informative, and the material was presented in a way that was easy to understand and apply.

One of the biggest takeaways was realizing the importance of fully living in and implementing the systems daily within our business. The workbook, slides, recipe cards, and BigRocks materials were all extremely useful and helped reinforce the training.

If there was one area that could be improved, it would be reducing some of the “busy work” that can come from becoming overly organized. Outside of that, the overall experience was excellent.

Quite honestly, the depth, structure, and delivery of the content felt comparable to what one might expect from a $25,000 program-yet it was delivered in a highly focused four-hour format and offered at no cost.
