Led by powerhouse coach and 35-year industry veteran Dale Donovan Bee, this academy is built for agents who are done playing small and ready to operate at a higher level. Dale brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial grit and corporate leadership—having run her own successful brokerage for over 30 years, served as a principal with Colliers and NAI Global, and held key leadership roles with KW Commercial since 2010, where she currently serves as a Regional Ambassador and MAPS Mastery Coach.

Her expertise spans office, retail, industrial, land, and specialty asset classes, and her coaching has empowered hundreds of commercial professionals to shift from overwhelmed to unstoppable.

About the Trainer: DALE DONOVAN BEE           

Her broad range of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, coaching, training, mentoring and consulting spans over 30 years. Prior to joining KW Commercial in 2010, Donovan was a principal and shareholder at NAI Realvest and a principal at Colliers, and the owner of DLD Commercial Realty, Inc., a full service brokerage firm, founded in 1994 in Boca Raton, Florida. Donovan relocated from So Florida to Central Florida locating DLD Commercial in Central Florida in 2001.

Client services include evaluation, managing, and marketing commercial properties to and for clients and developers. Her expertise in brokerage also includes driving value into land development projects, site selection for build-to-suit, STNL properties, and tenant/buyer representation.

Donovan is a successful CRE brokerage owner, coach/trainer/mentor, speaker, national business magazine publisher and transacts business throughout the state, region, and nationally with a strong client base.
